Every SO HATKE piece is handpainted and made with intention, not mass produced. That means your order takes a little longer, but becomes something truly personal.

1. Made to order

Every Sohatke piece is created after you place an order. Nothing is pre-made, your jacket is painted from scratch, just for you.

Because each piece is hand-painted, slight variations in colour, brushstroke, and finish are natural and make your piece truly one of a kind.

2. Production & dispatch time

Dispatch typically takes 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing the order — we may be able to prioritise it depending on availability.

3. Shipping within India

We offer free shipping across India.

Delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

4. International shipping

We also ship worldwide. International shipping charges typically range between ₹2,000–₹4,000, depending on the destination.

Delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch, subject to delivery location.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified.

6. Returns, exchanges & cancellations

All Sohatke pieces are made to order and hand-painted specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once painting has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exception: If you receive a damaged piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and resolve the issue.

7. Delays

While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to order volume, design complexity, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience — each piece is worth the wait.

Processing Timeline

Once your order is placed, we first source the base jacket from a renowned denim brand before beginning the handpainting and customisation process. Since every piece is made individually with detailed artwork, the entire process usually takes around 3 weeks.
