All our products are hand-painted and may have slight variations. Customised pieces are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Each piece is hand-painted, and slight variations in design are natural and part of the uniqueness of the artwork.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and include the base jacket unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers or via UPI / bank transfer when officially communicated by us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, and design complexities. Custom orders may take longer to process. Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control. 

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. No other products are not eligible for return or exchange.Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this website are the intellectual property of SO HATKE. Any reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
